About Daycare

NUTRITION
We follow the Canada food guide with an understanding that the children may eat differently at home.We strive to not serve processed food as much as possible.here.
Morning Snack: Fresh Fruit with toast, crackers or cereal. .Lunch: :•Pasta with homemade tomato sauce;50% tomatoes50% vegetables•Pasta with homemade cheesy béchamel sauce•Mediterranean Couscous with a vegetable medley and chicken•Rice and beans•Tofu with mixed vegetables and spinach•Homemade hamburgers (ground sirloin) with oven baked "Fries"•In addition to the above raw cut vegetables are also served (carrots, cucumber, tomato, broccoli etc.)•Water Juice or milkAfternoon Snacks:•Fruit with yogurt. •Toast with 100% peanut butter•Grilled cheese with vegetables•Winter time home-made hot chocolateIn addition to these sample menu above we also find the time to do homemade bread and rolls as well as cupcake and birthday cake.We are also capable of dealing with children who have special needs.
